Account Suspension and Closure

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of the case review.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once the account review is complete.
