1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the evo888 platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately. evo888 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify these terms at any time, and such changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.

The evo888 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in a jurisdiction where online betting and entertainment activities are permitted. By registering, you confirm that you meet both the age and jurisdictional requirements.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the evo888 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration will result in account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding winnings.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Evo888 platform users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their account. Use of this platform must be for personal entertainment purposes only and not for commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.

The following are strictly prohibited while using the platform:

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and legal action where applicable.

4. Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the evo888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits can be made via available local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and online bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and will be displayed within the deposit interface.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

  • Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
  • Evo888 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to verify a user's identity before processing withdrawals above certain limits.
  • Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days depending on the method selected.
  • Any taxes or charges imposed by banks or payment service providers are the user's responsibility.

Evo888 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

5. Liability Limits and Account Policy

Platform Liability Limits

The evo888 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. evo888 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, financial losses, or data loss.

Evo888's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days prior to the claim arising.

Account Suspension and Closure

Evo888 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or at the request of a competent authority. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of the case review.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once the account review is complete.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the evo888 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of evo888 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any such content without prior written permission from evo888.

Third-Party Links and Services

The evo888 platform may contain references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. evo888 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Evo888 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where evo888 is registered and operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or an appropriate tribunal in accordance with the relevant laws.
